Pride Mortgages may receive a referral fee or commission from mortgage advisers or lenders for each successful introduction. The existence of this commercial arrangement does not affect the advice provided to you by the independent adviser.
Any commission we receive will not result in a higher cost to you. All fees payable by you for mortgage advice will be clearly disclosed by the adviser before any regulated service commences.
You have the right to ask any adviser we introduce you to about their own fee structure and any commission they may receive from lenders.
The mortgage advisers we introduce you to are independent businesses authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). They are not employees or agents of Pride Mortgages.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure all advisers in our network are appropriately qualified and regulated, Pride Mortgages is not responsible for the advice given, products recommended, or any actions taken by any third-party adviser after an introduction has been made.
You are always free to seek alternative advice or choose not to proceed with the adviser we introduce you to.
